You need to create a time-line for rewarding staff who did an incredible job. This should happen at least twice a year. It limits monotony, and creates long-term work efforts amongst recruits. The workers shall look forward to the reward days since they worked hard the entire year.

This is a time to motivate each other, share tips, and get to know every person in the organization or department. This is a good way of creating healthy relationships in and out of the workplace.

It is easier to adapt the online channel to find a wide range of presents, and holiday options. This leaves employees with unique gifts. This gives them more morale to continue with work, and wait for more presents in future.
