Sages believe that the human life could be compared to a garden. The garden was to be carefully nurtured to provide beautiful flowers. If carelessly taken care of, the garden would be overgrown with weeds which would be harmful to the proposed flowers. The human body is similar to the garden it requires to be handled prudently for the best outcomes. The mind being the source of control to the body should be fostered through meditation steps and benefits to improve the quality of life.

Currently individuals are toiling everyday trying to fulfill their needs. As these events occur and frequent thoughts in their heads they rarely take the time to wonder about their brains, the most treasured tool at their disposal. It is worth noting that the mind even as we go to bed it still works in our dreams. Because of this the head is usually fatigued such that when one will attempt to concentrate on a specific subject they probably divert off the particular topic.

Passed from generations to generations by sages meditation is a skill. It is a technique that has been used by the sages to find peace within and reclaim the wandering thoughts. Research shows that it has medicinal profits and also contributes to self-growth. There are many kinds of meditation which vary beliefs like the Zen meditation that does not collide with the religious philosophies. It is not a mysterious method and anyone can do it without a trainer or special lessons although it requires extra commitment.

To begin, suitable time and a silent place with little or without any agitation is important. Studies have deduced that the time just before sunrise is the best to practice. During this period there are no events that would disturb and the environment is calm. With the best place gotten the sitting posture should be determined it should not induce sleep and enable alertness in the process.

When in a relaxed posture one should try to breathe deeply and make sure the eyes are shut. When the eyes are closed he or she should try concentrate on a particular object so as to regulate the brain to prevent the brain from wandering off. It may prove to be a difficult task for a learner to focus on a single thought but as they proceed it gets easier. Progress is noted when one is able to communicate with the mind and form a link.

Meditation helps reduce of anxiety and the stiffness of muscles. One is able to view circumstances from a different perceptive during the process and make peace with the body. It helps in linking the body and the soul into one.

Health complications such as infertility and immunity are conditions that can be regulated. Emotional imbalance which is the major cause of conflicts is also easily governed through this process. Personal development is achieved too through self-analysis during the meditation process.

To enjoy the best of life from the human body it is imperative that we take good care of the body. To cultivate a good human form we begin with the mind and the physical will follow closely. From the activities that our minds endures it is important to put into practice the mediation steps as well as benefits to improve our quality of life.
