State Employees NYC Oath Violations Removal

Each state has set some oaths for public office holders to take to serve citizens in a just manner failure to which constitutes to violation of the vow leading to a removal from office. NYC Oath Violations Removal is a good example. The NY Civil Service Law requires all persons employed by NY state or its civil divisions to take an oath of allegiance.

Employees of municipal corporations are required to take oaths to be file by clerk of the corporation by section 68 of the state law. The public officers too are required to make or declare this solemn promise.

This solemn promise will make him lose office if he violates it.

The impeachment punishment should only stop at that and not any further as per the constitution.

A state officer who swore to uphold integrity in serving the people and fails to do so faces possibility of being kicked out of the office. The federal law which is superior demands every state office to work hard for the good of citizens. Depending on the office he holds, he can either be charged in court or be sacked.

A doctor, nurse or any other medical practitioner has to take an oath before they start their practise to ensure that they administer services correctly, give correct dosage and do what is in the best interest of the citizen's health. Any action that endangers the life of a citizen is subject to a law suit as they go against the duty of care owed to their patients. Negligence is not allowable and can lead to a myriad of cases against the practitioner.

The fire department officers play a very important role in our safety. Before they begin this noble job the pledge their loyalty to protect lives and act promptly when called for duty because lives of people depend on them. This pledge should never be broken for if broken they will have to leave the service and possibly end up in jail.

It is a requirement by the federal law that all state security officers who must pledge to they protect all people as an individual, in papers and effects and also in their dwellings against any unacceptable reason for searches and seizures. Care is to be taken when doing their duty. Failure to do this they will face the NYC Oath Violation removal
