For new trained auditors, they find it hard if discussions will be done in the classrooms. But, if the trainings are done outside a four cornered room, they can immediately observe and adjust to the situation. They can learn the procedures easily.

The trainer can also observe the performance of the trainees in their first audits. An organization may also add a certain degree of difficulty through coordinating with the auditing departments. This will also help them to take away their fears of audits and instill the concepts of a system, that people are not audited, it is the system.

Being able to train the internal auditors provide several benefits. In most companies, operators are spending their careers in a certain type of position. All auditors are allowing the employees to play a crucial role to maintain the management system of the organization. This is also an effective way to rotate their employees and for them to be able to function well.
