Beginning today, you can turn it all around. You can decide that you finally had it with what you have been through and make some changes. That is how all great journeys begin. You truly do have to reach a point where you know that enough is enough and there are some important changes to be made.
Heroes, I'm increasingly becoming convinced (at least in the physical world), are made...not born. They're the males and females who have a grand vision, integrity and work ethic to execute duties daily that will take them to the heights of personal notability. The heroes are those that regularly see something that has not been birthed yet or no other person can see. They carry out their task with watchfulness, care, and are always the individual they know they can be even when there is not an audience of any kind.
You can become the lead figure, the hero, of your own story today. You can be the individual that decided that fear was no longer going to regulate them and that they would stop at nothing to bring their gifts to the world. You can try that. That's truly a possibility. There isn't any reason in the world why you cannot. The one thing truly preventing you from doing this are the excuses you create in this moment. Large impacts can be created by those that believe excuses definitely are irrelevant.
But how?
You must believe in the murmurs that make it obvious that things are practicable. Because they are. Yes, many have to conquer significant risks to be in a position to see that day...but it's possible. Improbable to the onlooker...yes. Not possible. No.
Make the decision today to turn it all around. You can surely be your own hero. Now start acting like one.
