Rwanda has had many issues concerning their education systems. The problems worsened after the country experienced the worst civil wars and genocide some years back. The experience led to the reduced development of many sectors including learning. That is the reason why there has been the introduction of a variety of programs with intentions of improving the sector. This has led to the initiation of Rwanda education Assistance Project board which has the mandate of coming up with ideas to improve its operations.

For the process to be handled appropriately, the individuals in the committee ought to have a good experience in all aspects of schooling. They must have been involved in several other boards which have had the same aim within the country or in other countries. Meaning, they have acquired the required competencies to handle the present problems and introduce better ways of improving the sector.

Also, the experts need to be highly educated. They must be Ph. D. Holders in most prominent universities in the world. This helps in proving that they have the required skills that are necessary for enabling the country to have the most beneficial systems. More to that, they have acquired great skills over the years of their studying and have encountered with other quality systems which have helped other nations grow tremendously well.

Also, it is necessary for the experts involved to have a good reputation on how they have continually handled their tasks. This means that they should have proven the effectiveness of their services through coming up with ideas which have frequently have a significant impact on the education system. So, they have proven to be competent in their profession and are worth considering in any educational process.

The experts are expected to make sure that when they come up with a variety of programs to implement the curriculums, they must ensure that the past issue is never forgotten. They should incorporate the earlier experiences to help learners understand their past which assists in retaining the dignity of the nation. So, they should have a vast understanding of how education has evolved in their country over the years.

The language used in the curriculums developed should be readily understood by all involved persons. This means that the implementer have a mandate of ensuring that they have excellent communication skills in both conversing orally and in written form. More to that, they should ensure that they understand the language to use for every age of their learners to help all students acquire the intended knowledge.

Teamwork is another essential thing to be considered highly. The experts involved have different skills depending on their levels of education and line of research. For that reason, they will have different contributions which will rely on their lines of specialty. As a result, each one of them should receive adequate respect from others and work together with the aim of helping the nation with its people.

In conclusion, the government ought to take charge of all tasks to be engaged. Meaning, it has the power to enable the projects laid down to succeed. This is through making sure that it has funded all experts and ideas to help in allowing all issues to work as planned. More to that, it should follow up and motivate the participants.
