Many people have a belief that a church is just a building where Christians go. Not knowing that the people attending the service in that building are the church even if the building is gotten rid of. The behavior of the people in a church is generally what lays out the features of the church. The following are things to know about the LGBTQ Church Tempe Arizona.

Believe in the Bible. This is where the word of God is contained. It is used widely as a point of reference by the believers to provide guidance on how to tackle several aspects of life. This book contains the commandments which are the general rules which every Christian should follow.

Attainment of eternity. This means life after death. As Christians, they believe that they will resurrect after they die and that death is not the final journey of life. They are required to do what pleases the Lord to attain eternal life. Eternal life is only guaranteed to those who do what is required to be done by the lord as stated in Holy Bible.

Helping the less fortunate. In the society, there are those who are less privileged, and the churches comes out to support them. They show them love and care by providing for them so that they do not lack the basic needs. Part of the offerings given is used to help the less privileged.

Evangelism. This involves the act of spreading the word of God to the general public. People involved in spreading the word are known as the evangelist and can travel from one place to another specifically for that. They believe that this is a calling from God to ensure that His word reaches the whole world. This is done through crusades as it will reach to those who are not yet born again.

Discipleship. The same way the Messiah had twelve disciples in the temple is reflected by followers who acts as disciples. These are the people who choose to follow the way of Christ the same way the disciples did. They perform different duties in the church such as showing love and care to the needy and also providing for them. They also ensure that they spread the word of God.

Jesus Christ is the son of God. Jesus came to the earth to die on behalf of all humans who are sinners. God sacrificed His only son to come into the world, was betrayed and died so that everyone is forgiven. The death and resurrection of Jesus are celebrated during the Easter period by all believers.

Prayer as a tool of worship. Believers pray as a means of communicating with the creator. They trust that when they pray the Lord hears them and provides to them what they ask for. Prayer and faith go together and when they pray they also have faith in God to deliver. Believers have confidence that there will be answers to their prayers no matter how long it will take. They will continue praying until their prayers are answered.
