It is simply interesting that just by repeating certain key phrases to yourself everyday can have a positive impact on your attitude. What exactly are daily affirmations and how can you use daily affirmations as you strive towards abundance and personal growth?
The first part of successful positive daily affirmations is to complete know and understand who the statement is about. In the example, the statement is about "I". This is very straightforward, yet important. All of your statements should be about yourself. Using "I" is obviously the easiest way to accomplish this, however you can use your own name if it helps you. Instead of "I", you could substitute your name. It isn't important what you call yourself as long as you know that the positive daily affirmations are set to affect you and no one else.
Having positive thoughts daily will make you feel good about yourself because you are constantly reminded of how beautiful life is no matter the trials that come your way. You also have a better perspective in life as you have new goals set for yourself. You will also feel less stressed because you no longer worry and fret about things in life. You also have improved relationships with people because only good thoughts cross your mind.
The last part of the example positive daily affirmations is the affirmation itself. This is important since it is stating the goal that you want to achieve. You are defining it in a clear, yet concise way that is easy to remember. This is where your desired end result will be placed. Setting your goals then putting in the form of a statement is the best way to do this, yet be as specific as you can be. Notice that the example says not only that you will be a positive influence, but also who you will influence. It is the result that you wish others to see in you. Creating simple yet definitive positive daily affirmations is how you will know what achievements you have accomplished already.

Its purpose is to create self-awareness by having your spirit guide your thoughts and actions throughout your life instead of having your past tape continue to run your life for you.
You can have written down your goals on 3 X 5" cards, and look at them daily. By reading them out loud, everyday, with lots of enthusiasm, it helps to strongly place them into the subconscious mind. When something is in the subconscious mind, it's believed that the subconscious mind helps us with what we continually affirm out loud, with lots of excitement.Also by saying daily affirmations, over, and over, and over again, it helps to build confidence in us. What matters is realizing what you can afford with those dollars and how significant it is. In today's world $100.00 will buy you conveniences only available to the ultra wealthy only a few decades ago.
