This behavior can then be passed on to people who look up to or admire said person, providing the ideal grounds to nurture positive behavior.

To elaborate even further, those individuals who are narcissistic or have other neurological disorders find it very difficult to adapt their behavior to what is required for them to play their part in the workplace.

There is a lot that coaching can do and as a result, business productivity becomes a positive side effect of it. However, a lack of experience or the inability to spot that not all people can benefit from this kind of assistance can lead to more problems than those that it manages to solve.
