For example, many people are sharp when it comes to listening while many have quick feet to run. It has been observed that not all of us use our abilities properly. Then we all must think about those who have some kind of deficiency in them. Either they are deaf or they are blind for which they faces problems they shouldn't give up at all ans take help from interpreters for the deaf.

They must be asked that why they should give up. They must have hope so that countering such problems may become easy. Apart from having these problems, a person must register himself for activities that may help him to become internally stronger. For example, he may participate in the school debating contest where he may express his unique ideas in from of his school. This can also be performed at National level.

Therefore, people with difficulties can appoint them for any party, meeting or for any other purpose.

Debates may also be a choice to an individual to participate if he has a bit of help. This enables better understanding between audience and debater.
