Most mistakes can be rectified, and many can be remedied in a way that ends up better than if you hadn't made a mistake to begin with. Instead of focusing on the things you've lost, remind yourself of everything you have.

An important bit of personal development advice is to always treat your body well. When your body lets you know that it needs food, water, rest, or the like, give it what it needs as soon as you can. If you listen to your body, you will be in better shape. If you disregard your body's intelligence, you might find in the future that it will not be able to take care of you.

People say that it takes 21 days for a habit to stick, so have confidence in yourself and keep working on it.
