[The Linden Method]

The Linden Method is better known in Europe and Britain than in the United States. I imagine that a person from Britain wouldn't even have asked that question, because the Linden Center is located in Britain. Anyone who thinks that this method is a scam probably isn't aware that the Linden Center has been treating people with this method for years. In fact, in the 10+ years since the Linden Method was first introduced, over 80,000 people have used this to treat their panic attacks, anxiety, and phobia.

This isn't just some online program that came out of nowhere. The Linden Center treats people in regular sessions. The online version is just a way for Charles Linden to reach more people around the world and offer them a self-help version of his method. Otherwise they would have to travel all the way to Britain and pay hundreds of British pounds to receive treatment at the Linden Center. So it's far from being a scam. In fact, there are over 80,000 living proofs of that.

It doesn't work for all the people. Charles Linden doesn't make any false promises. He claims that his method has a 95% success rate. This means that although it should work for you, there's a slight chance that it won't. That's why the online version comes with a refund option.

Around two years ago, I took the plunge and ordered two courses, the Panic Away treatment program, and the Linden Method. The Linden Method had a lot of things in common with the Panic Away course but it was particularly good at giving me strategies to deal with my heart palpitations. I learned that, if anything, they are actually doing me a lot of good, (as I was getting a kind on 'mini-aerobic' workout!)

The course also includes free consultation via e-mail, so if there was anything I didn't understand or need clarifying, I could ask and get a quick response, usually the same day.Having followed the course, I know the Linden treatment program isn't a scam, but sometimes it can be hard to trawl through all the BS before you can truly trust a treatment program.

Many people are suffering from this disorder, but they are ignoring this disorder and are trying to live with it in their entire life. Most of them believe that treating anxiety is a waste of time and money because the methods for getting rid of anxiety that are available today have only the capability to alleviate anxiety temporarily or just prevent it from occurring. In other words, these known methods do not permanently eliminate anxiety. Worst, they do not look for other anxiety treatment methods and leave the situation as is.

You can read my full Linden Method Review here, along with my other reviews and treatment advice. In many cases, especially if there is repeated stress or extreme stress, the amygdala can become stuck into reacting to the extreme, which is when chronic, repeated anxiety happens. Then, even the slightest indication of triggers sends us into panic mode; other anxiety disorders frequently develop or worsen from this. The Linden Method works through re-training the amygdala to no longer react to these triggers, thereby eventually resetting itself after some time - neuroplasticity. The program teaches anxiety sufferers to control their own brain function and chemistry, only without medications or endless visits to a therapist who may or may not help, and offers no refunds.

Reviews contain insights, details, ideas, experiences and stories of the users of this method. They will tell you how the Linden method rescued their lives from anxiety. The Linden method reviews is about the feeling and experience they get while applying the program from the method. Most of the time, users who write reviews about it will say how successful this method in treating anxiety and recommends it as well to fellow anxiety victims. The Linden method is made available through the internet simply because the internet is the fastest and easiest medium to share this method to everyone in the whole planet. In addition to that, it is the convenience of trying the method at home instead of going to the Linden Center located in the United Kingdom. The fact that there is a specialised center for anxiety treatment in Europe wherein this method is applied is enough proof that this method is indeed capable of eliminating anxiety. However, this method is not for every people and there may be cases that this method will fail. Nevertheless, the 97% success rate of this method in eliminating anxiety permanently is enough for you to try this method.

  1. OK, so I brought the linden method around about 3 years ago. I am very disappointed to say that I have seen no improvement at all. I purchased the method thinking I would finally be cured and be anxiety free, like the book states, however I was wrong. Like others on here have said I blamed myself to begin with because of all the positive feedback linden method website has and this also includes celebrities saying that the linden method changed their lives. I decided to contact the help center by phone to see if they could tell me what I was doing wrong. I found them rude and not helpful at all. I have read some other reviews that suggest some people coudln't get in contact with them at all. I do question how "real" the linden method is because as others have said, as soon as someone writes a review that questions if the method works, you get someone jumping down your throat. This could be with insults and threatening to sue, or someone saying that it saved their lives. Just like they have said on here. I will also say that this "jodiff" must be something to do with the Liden method because I have seen someone writing the same thing using that name on another website. It was on amazon or YouTube. I know this sounds stupid but I think Charles pays people to search for bad reviews and try and have them taken down. If they can't do this they then write things to try and question what you have written. This is wrong. Isn't everyone entitled to their opinion? The threatening to sue thing is stupid. Most people are skint these days and I would imagine most people scraped money together to pay for the method judging by the amount they charge. They even post on amazon trying to claim that they are not selling sanctioned, licensed copies. Well they are just probably trying to get some money back because what you sold them cost 100 pounds or more. It is all online fraud and scam of Chrales Linden empire scam !
